I am rejecting this response because:There were no scratches before, he is lying. There was no video shown to me of the towels coming directly from washer, he only showed me the man wiping the hood. He offered to buff it, I did not refuse, but by the end of the conversation he did not agree to fix it, since it needs more than a buff. The damage is absolutely caused by Puddle Car Wash. The video he showed was sun reflections that moved around as he forwarded the video.
