Publix Employees Federal Credit Union

Every time I walk into this Pembroke Pines branch or call this branch the associates are very rude! They don't smile or speak (except when they converse with each other while you stand in front of them waiting for service) They act as if they are doing me a favor by holding my accounts, but I choose to keep accounts at this branch I don't NEED to have an account open at this credit unionThe only person that has ever been pleasant was *** who sits at the front to assist customers as they first walk inMy most recent experience was with MIAShe was very nasty and condescending to me as a customer This experience makes me want to just close my accounts and continue using my primary checking account that currently resides at a bank well known for their awesome customer service
