placed. In this call we made sure Ms. [redacted] understood the service, she repeated the order and the payments. Ms. [redacted] provided her [redacted] Card ending in [redacted]. This call was recorded for quality. We informed Ms. [redacted] at the time of sale that this is a pre paid service and therefore, we have a 30 day cancellation period. I have attached a copy of the confirmation letter that we send all of our new customers which Ms. [redacted] received in the mail to the following address: [redacted]
[redacted]
[redacted]As you will see, the confirmation letter explains our services in writing as well as our cancellation policy and 800 number. Ms. [redacted] contacted PSI on 07/08/14 and explained that she wanted to cancel the service. In order for the customer to cancel their account after the 30 day cancellation period they must pay half of the remaining contract balance because we do prepay the service before hand for the customer, and in Ms. Blomgrens case she would of had to pay a total of $279.65 at that time to have her account canceled. So at the time of this conversation on 07/08/14 Ms. [redacted] sounded very displease with our services and stated that she could not afford the service, so due to Ms. Blomgren's dissatisfaction the representative agreed to waive the cancellation fee of $279.65 and cancelled her account and cancelled the magazines that were being sent to her. We have not charged Ms. [redacted] since 06/15/14 but that charge was declined and no money was taken from the [redacted] ending in [redacted] on that date.
