2016 Re: Revdex.com Arizona Complaint ID : 11164777 Gay M [redacted] Dear Ms. S[redacted], We take your concerns very seriously. And, hope this letter helps address them in an informative way. We are sorry for the dissatisfaction in our customer service. As stated on our terms and conditions (attached) we are not the publisher of this magazine. We are an independent agency and as such we require 6-12 weeks processing time. In our last correspondence over email we submitted our terms and conditions. Because we are not the publisher we can not promise you an exact delivery date. As apology for the inconvenience we had offered you a free year subscription OR a full refund. In an attempt to rectify the situation and satisfy your complaint we will refund your payment AND leave your order in as processed for 1 year of Woman’s World magazine. Please allow 14-21 days for a refund of $59.60 to arrive from “Refund Services”. We do hope this will satisfy your customer service needs. Regards, Sam Mc[redacted] PPC [redacted]

Make no mistake, we take your concerns very seriously. And, hope this letter helps address them in an informative way. We are sorry for the dissatisfaction in our customer service. We had spoke to you on two occasions over email: 11/6/15 you contacted our company stating you had not received your subscription to Woman’s World. We apologized for the inconvenience advising you to allow the 6-12 weeks of processing. 12/17/15 you contacted us again stating you still had not received your subscription. Dear Ms. [redacted]Thank
you for your...
inquiry. We always welcome
hearing from existing and prospective customers.Make
no mistake, we take your concerns very seriously. And, hope this letter helps address them in
an informative way. Please be assured
that it is not our intent to take advantage of anyone with our direct mail
marketing campaigns. The offer you have received from us is, as stated, an
offer to renew your subscription to Woman's World Magazine. We apologize for any
confusion our offer has created.Let
me explain. We contract directly with
publishers or their authorized agents to sell hundreds of different
subscriptions every year. We sell and
fulfill thousands of subscription orders. And, have over a decade of experience in the industry. In
an effort to be clear about our representations as an independent agency, and
our affiliation with the magazines we sell, we have purposefully included
language on our mail-piece that was written to be as direct and clear as
possible. For your convenience, that
language and all of the disclosures in the terms and conditions of our offer
are enclosed for your review. We
encourage you to review that language, and to comment if you have ideas for
making that disclosure more effective. We
apologize for the inconvenience and will refund your money. Please allow 10-14
business days for a refund check of $59.60 to arrive from “Refund Services”. We
will also fulfill your order of one year of Woman’s World Magazine at no cost
to you.Again,
we apologize for any confusion. Your
contact information has been removed from our mailing list, and you will not
receive offers from this agency in the future. Please
be aware that you may receive other offers directly from the publisher, or
other agencies on behalf of Woman's World in the future. You may disregard those
offers, or will be required to contact them directly in order to be removed
from their mailing list. Sincerely,[redacted]Sample enclosed (1)

At first I was not please with this company because it took them so long to get my magazine. Almost three months. After calling them twice- they actually were very polite on the phone and listened to my complaint. They agreed to refund my money in full and expedite my magazine. I got all my money back and my magazines have just started to arrive.
