Review: On 12/*/2012, I placed an order with PublicationStation.net on their website for 2 renewals to existing subscriptions for myself and my parents in Illinois. Each was a 3 year renewal. The order was processed and all communications indicated that the order went through. My credit card (via Paypal) was promptly charged (when DOESN'T that work!) Both renewals were on the same order, # [redacted].

On April *, 2013, I initiated a Customer Service inquiry via their website to find out what the delay was, after verifying with Reader's Digest that the renewals were not received.

I initially received a response that looked promising, but alas, the correction order they placed didn't 'take', and only 2 years were added to my father's account (still short one on his and all three on mine).

I followed up with them after their stated 4-6 weeks, and then every 2 weeks for a while.

My last communication, on 8/**/2013, included information I received from talking to their middleman/processor indicating they PublicationStation.net did give the middleman correct instructions, even though the renewals did not get processed properly (as noted above). I tried to get the middleman to reprocess himself, but was told that they could only do the work if told to my PublicationStation.net. The middleman sent me a letter with contact info for PublicationStation.net (aka Discount Electronics and Gifts - same address). It included a phone number (###-###-####), which I called several times, finally leaving a Voice Message on or about 8/**/2013. I updated the inquiry with the middleman info, but have not heard back from PublicationStation.net since.Desired Settlement: I just want the renewals to be processed. They aren't denying anything, but they do appear to be ignoring me. This is over 10 months old at this point. The entire order was only $12 ($2 per year of renewal). Since 2 years have been processed on my Dad's account, that means the other $8 is the 'outstanding balance' paid for but not received.
