Review: I paid for and attended a full-day California security guard baton certification class on 4/15/2014, and the entire class was told that the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) was responsible for preparing the final certificates, and we would be called once BSIS mails them to the school. Over the several months since the course, I called several times to check on the status, and each time I called I was told they were still waiting for BSIS to mail the certificates. Their phones are now disconnected, and their facility appears to be closed (door locked, lights out on a Monday afternoon). They won't respond to emails, and the instructor who taught the class won't call me back. I finally called BSIS, and they told me what the school told us was completely false, and we should have received a certification card immediately after completing the course. BSIS is now investigating them.Desired Settlement: They need to issue me a baton certification.
