You are ORDERED TO STOP such activities immediately as they are being done in violation of the law.I have the right to remain free from these activities as they constitute harassment, and I will pursue any legal remedies available to me against you if these activities continue. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: I was charged 19.95 for 13 months for a service I never received. I was opted into a data service when requesting a background check. This organization attempted to automatically create a profile with their vendor to facilitate data access. Because I had a per-existing profile with their vendor, having the same email address, the data service was technically never established, and access to the vendors content was never available for the entire 13 months. I called to request a full refund for the services I never had access to, and was given only a 1 month refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund for the remaining 12 months I was illegitimately charged for.
