December 12, 2014I received the complaint filed against us by *** *** *** *** *** Chambersburg, Pa ***In reviewing my Do Not Delivery list, I have a request in May from *** *** ** to not deliver to that addressI did not receive another request until 11/

January 13, 2016I reviewed the complaint from The [redacted]'s and found the following information:• Customers paper was stopped 12/8/15 as requested by customer • Refund check was cut on 12/10/15 as requested by customer • On 12/17/15 customer cashed refund check(see attached)I have spoken personally to...

the customer and explained the above information and she said that her husband cashed it but was not aware what is was for. Customer stated she would be contacting the Revdex.com to cancel/explain what happened.Also in customer's complaint they stated that the neighbor was awaiting for a refund for their newspaper subscription, I reviewed that also and found that the customer did not pay so there is nothing to refund.If I can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### or [redacted].com.Thank you,Nancy R.
