Very disappointed with PTL We contracted with for lawn care and termite/bug control Over the last six months our lawn started to deteriorate When I talked with the workers they gave me several reasons for the decline, none of which were lawn fungus The yard started to look so bad that my neighbors began complaining They were concerned that whatever was happening to my yard would travel into their yards One of my neighbors had someone from their lawn service company come over to look at my yard Their service said that my yard did have fungus I scheduled an appointment for one of PTL managers to come look at the yard They were scheduled to arrive between 8:am & 11: They were late The manager agreed that the yard had a fungus He said he would spray the yard and that the grass should fill in by the spring I said I wanted sod so that I wouldn't have to go another six months with a crappy looking job They said okay and the sod would be put in early the following week That time came and passed I called the office & they said they would get back to me I called them back a few days later they said they would get back to me Finally they called and said they could not guarantee that the sod would survive the winter I said that was okay, I want the sod anyway They said they would put it in It has been two week nothing from PTL
