Response taken by phone: I have been working with this customer and she should be aware of the situation We have ordered the parts for the body work times we have received the wrong parts Her car has been secured every night so I don't how anything could be missing and she should have come and gotten her things out right away We have a sign saying we are not responsible There was more damage to the car that we originally saw and that is why the upper control arm needs to be replaced [redacted] confirmed this Her brakes have nothing to do with the collision work and show wear and tear This would not be include in the collision work If she wants this repaired it will be an additional fee She will need to pay the bill in full before taking the car
