like to rectify the situation as quickly as we can.I would like to state first that our facility is a health department licensed facility and we have never had any issues with any bugs. This is also the first complaint in over 5 years of anyone becoming ill from our products.Being the customer did not offer any order number or an amount of the claim, I went through our order system as well as our shipping system to find the order she is referencing. There are no orders from this customer from March of 2017. have attached the 3 orders which were placed by this customer which were all from November of 2016. I have an order for the carrots seasoning dated November 6, 2016 but I do not have any order for pancakes. Additionally, the carrot seasoning was a winter catalog item and no longer available in March.In order to refund any monies to the customer, I would need to know how much was paid and would like to know when this order was placed and received.Once have some more information about the order for the pancakes, I will happily refund the purchase price plus the shipping.Sincerely;Judy K CFO Do You Bake, Inc.
