Incomplete work no show lack of communication etc.I have paid Mr. Cooper AKA PT Cooper Heating and Air/Remodeling a total of $4750.00 Effective Dec 4th 2015 of a $5000.00 contract to install a complete heating and air system within my basement. AS of 23rd May the unit is incomplete and he continues to ignore my calls and any text. It seems he has other jobs he works on and could care less about the work I have paid him to do. He seems to take advantage of females women who have no male spokes person. I have had it with this company/owner and if my system isn't completed by 1st of June I will seek further legal action to include calling five on your side. I don't recommend anyone hire this company because a lot of issues. I want him to come complete the job NLT 1 June 2016.Desired SettlementI want him to finish the job by 1st of June otherwise I will take further legal action.The consumer called and said the business came and finished the job and she is satisfied

Needed HVAC & vent less fireplace inspected in order to close on our refinance loan for our home. On Thursday August 14th, 2014 we hired Cooper to inspect our HVAC & our vent less fireplace in order for us to close on our refi loan. Cooper arrived at our home around 7:50pm and looked at the HVAC units, looked under the crawl space and also looked at the vent less fireplace in the living room. Cooper was paid $250.00 cash and was to supply a report and receipt for the service render on Friday August 15th, 2014 via e-mail. We have repeatedly tried to reach Cooper to get the report or a refund for not fulfilling his end of the agreement. We have only gotten a voice mail and no return phone call from his [redacted] Desired Settlement$250.00
