I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution should be acceptable to me. I am compelled to add that they still seem extremely confused about the situation - which really isn't that
very complicated!I will also add that I did not get the original smaller refund because *** returned it Since it was a no-response notice of course, I had no way to communicate the circumstance to the *** notice Further I find *** inconvenient as a consumer-purchaser I also have to check my bank statement to make sure the original card was, in actual reality, refunded for the larger amount - a far more convenient way for me to have the money that was taken returned.To address the question of "replacement" - THE SERVICE SUDDENLY STOPPED, even though I continued to have payments removed for it A replacement would be actually receiving the actual service that was paid for Nonetheless, I am satisfied with the practical end of this being brought to someones attention and a decent proportion of the money committed to be returned to me, with - very importantly - an acknowledgment that this is acceptable
