The debt is outstanding and I would like it settled. Tonya B[redacted] contacted me and indicated that my insurance had sent her 2 denials. However, I have contacted my insurance company and they have no record of receiving or denying any of the 8 claims. Therefore, I sent an email on September 9th to Tonya B[redacted] requesting copies of the insurance denials so I am able to follow-up with my insurance. I have not heard back from her. Thank you.
