Review: I purchased an item from Serenity Spa Gifts on September 3, 2014 with a [redacted] valued at $50. The item purchased was for an amount of $21.60. On September 5, 2015 Serenity Spa Gifts closed out the transaction at $61.60 leaving me a negative $11.60 balance on the card. I have both my receipt and theirs clearly showing a transaction of $21.60. I should have a remaining balance on the card of $28.40. ** has paid Serenity Spa Gifts the $61.60, they simply absorbed the $11.60 overcharge. [redacted] has their $50 for the original purchase of the gift card, Serenity Spa has $61.60 for a $21.60 purchase and I have a negative $11.60 balance. Seems the only one out anything in this situation is me, the consumer.Desired Settlement: Refund the $28.40 back to the gift card or send me a check for what they owe me.
