Review: Received numerous readings over the telephone, over a 2 1/2 yr. period and I was always told that a situation would happen at a certain time and when the time came they would extend the timeframe; leading me on. Nothing panned out. I sent a letter to customer service complaining about the situation and [redacted] (supervisor) called me on 4/17/13 and offered to compensate me (since I spent $11,000) in readings sand money. I said let me think about it and I called her back on 4/19/13. At that time she rescinded her offer to compensate me monetarily and told me I could have $250 in readings. She said their "satisfaction guaranteed" motto was good for only one day. I feel that it's only fair that I receive half of my money back ($5,500) . I spoke roughly to 16 to 20 psychics (I have their names and extensions, if needed) in that timeframe and they all told me something was going to happen but nothing came to fruition. I feel like I was conned and taken advantage of. Can you help me?Desired Settlement: At least half of my money back. They still made a profit of $5,500 by false psychic readings.
