The office staff are some of the most unpleasant people ever dealt with In July 2014, I received a bill from them for $84.50, problem is I say them in January When calling to talk about how they can wait so long, I was told that it "fell through the cracks" and was submitted in mid However when looking up the claim it shows it was submitted days after my visit Also I have limited access to a plan that I haven't had in over a year When you are there for you visit you pay or you don't see a doctor, period! So now it's pay up or it will be turned over for collection Way to go Psychiatry South
The doctors are wonderful, but the receptionists are always extremely rudeThey have a nasty attitude and offer very little assistanceI would never return under any circumstance, and I do not recommend this business
My DrIs wonderful But the office staff is the WORST I have ever seen I called for a refill on my prescription or time even telling them on the multiple voicemails I left that I could come in just to get a refill if they needed me too, I also left a message on THEIR webpage about this and NEVER got a call back, its been weeks now! My primary the following Monday had to write a Rx for me after my pharmacy had to give me a emergency refill for days I have multiple health problems including a heart condition which would have been made worst if I had suddenly stop my medication I was referred to this company by my wonderful Rheumatologist, who would have never referred me if he knew what would happen So I suggest if you need medication for ANY medical condition that this "company" would write for you DO NOT need to go here! Absolutely do not go here for any medication or if you might need emergency medical attention!
The doctors are ignorant to the medication they prescribeThey are unaware of the side effectsThe staff from the administration down do not seem to care about the well being of their patientsI witnessed this first hand several times toward myself and othersI will make a formal report to the Alabama Board of Medicine & Blue Cross/Blue Shield of AlabamaThis provider has no business being on the preferred provider list for my insurance company
