In November I was contacted directly by the business that my insurance was not taken by the doctor that I had currently been seeing so that I should not come to the next appointment scheduled in early December However, I was charged $for a missed appointment in December I have contacted the business office several times disputing this charge but they have continued to build me and have not removed the chargeThey have also charged me in excess $over and above my co-pay for a previous appointment when I was not told that the doctor did not take my insuranceAgain I have contacted the billing department on numerous occasions and no one seems to know what to do or how to handle it, even though several people have said this should be removed from my accountThis is a doctor I had seen for several yearsEnough is enough!
