PSPros

Review: On February 18, 2014, I signed into an agreement with an individual with PSPros along with multiple other vendors (50 or so). The promotion from him and his website is that they were the largest Sportsmens show in Northern California. Stated he spends millions in advertising and that thousands would attend this expo. My self along with others invested into the expo. My personal investment was over 1400. It was not until the first day of the event that it was found that this company committed fraud. His expo information was copied off of a Larger expo's website. Nothing he promoted in his website appeared at the expo. There were no seminars, no fishing pond, no rock wall, and definitely not 1000's of attendees. On Friday, I counted 12, not including vendors. This event was not bigger than a local business extravaganza and definitely was not the Ultimate Sportsmans expo. He filled spaces and charged others more than the advertised price. I was fortunate my space was reduced, but as it was I am out the purchase of products that were purchased for this particular event. We were scammed into believing this expo was as large as Cal-Expo which he referenced often. Once he canceled my check, I never heard from him again until I contacted him to find out information on booth location and so forth. The website is intentionally misleading, the advertising was not as promised, the event was not as advertised. I am working with other vendors to hopefully close this chapter and gain some of our money back for a completely fraudulent event.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund of booth fees $200.00 and materials purchased solely for this event. Total investment was 1420.00.
