PSG came to our home and wrote a quote and collected a deposit. Now their phone numbers are disconnected and they do not respond to email. We haven't heard back from them to schedule the work.
Nicholas removed and installed our new French door.
He incorrectly installed the door, not parallel with the wall.
He left the door jam out side the wall on one side.
Instead of correcting this, he simply smeared caulk in the gap.(inside Wall) and farrowed out that side (outside wall) leaving a tapered gap on the top outside door trim. The first day this ugly silicone caulking started separating from the door and improperly installed door trim.
Nicholas refused to correct, screamed at me and made threats.
We paid Nicholas more money than some contractors wanted.
So you can say we paid good money for this mess.

completely inside the ruff opening, parallel w/ wall.
We want the door trim installed correctly, w-out/ ugly grout joints.
We want the door to be plumb and level.
And if he breaks the jam, (trying to remove/replace) then we want a new factory replacement.
