This is a very strange complaint The customer claims to being strung along by the owner of the company, yet the owner has never received a message of any kind from this buyer - nor was he informed of the situation by the aforementioned sales rep involved in the transactions To be sure,
there was never a concession that the items sold were questionable With this being true, PSA (no longer in business) has always had a 100% satisfaction guarantee no matter what the concern may be Though the company PSA Charities is now defunct, the owner will honor the refund upon proof of return and proof of full purchase price If these items have been forwarded to any sales associates, it has not been passed on to accounting or ownership Note that this refund request is a full years after purchase We are not aware of any other companies in the industry who would accept this type of return after anything close to this amount of time has passed
