We have been trying for a year to get prudential fund to distribute the funds from my mother?s estate. They have sent sloppy paper work and keeps changing the information they require for distribution of the funds.Product_Or_Service: 9-9-13Desired SettlementI want the funds distribute to the hiers.Business Response Dear Sir/Madam:I am writing in regard to your correspondence concerning the complaint you received from [redacted] concerning the Estate of [redacted]. Unfortunately, we are unable to give specifics concerning the account because [redacted] is not an authorized party. He is not an executor for the Estate of [redacted]. Therefore, due to privacy reasons we are limited in the information we can provide.Upon reviewing our records, I can confirm that the assets from the account registered to [redacted] were transferred to an account registered to the Estate of [redacted] in [redacted] 2014. There was no delay.It was not until [redacted], 2015 that we received paperwork to transfer shares from the Estate of [redacted] to the individual heirs. However, the paperwork from them was not received in good order. The transfer paperwork for [redacted] was missing his date of birth, which was obtained from him on [redacted] 2015. We do acknowledge that there was a delay in [redacted]'s transfer on our end and apologize. I would like to confirm that his portion of the money from the Estate was transferred on [redacted] 2015. However, there was no financial loss incurred because the transfer was done based on shares and the money was remaining in the same funds.I will be happy to work with any remaining heirs that have not received their portion yet.
