When car was brought into shop and put up on the lift we noticed that the tire she wanted repaired was completely without tread. bulge or bubble in the sidewall. I recommended a full set of tires as she told me she was driving to Colorado. She replied that finances would not allow the purchase of 4 tire but she agreed to do 3.I than told her I would put the sidewall damaged tire on the rear and put two of the new ones on the front since it was a front wheel drive car. She agreed and paid the bill and left. On Monday she called the shop and gave me a whole list of things that we did wrong. First of all I talked to the tech that installed and rotated the tires that he is very confident that all the wheels were tight when the vehicle left the shop. This man has been in my employ for over 7 years and I have NEVER had a problem with him leaving wheels loose,and he is very skeptical with this whole scenario. He feels like I do that a problem would develop a lot faster than in Virginia.I also know for a fact that the tire she originally wanted me to check for a leak was one of the bald tires that I replaced.I do  not feel that any restitution is owed due to the fact we did nothing wrong and followed her instructions completely.     Thank You    Thomas C[redacted] President-City Tire auto Center
