Review: It started about 6 Months ago when we received a letter in the mail stating we were eligible for a mortgage modification all we had to do was send a few documents and $4500.00 and our monthly mortgage payments would decrease by $58.00 a month and would now include our taxes (approx. $9500.00 a year ). Needless to say we sent all the documents they asked for (Sometimes they asked for the same ones more then 3 times) Then we find out we are not eligible ! They then suggested we make our payments late for a coupe of months. I refused to make my payment late so here I stand , out $4500.00 and still struggling. Is there anything you can do for me ? I thank you in advance for any help you can give me.Desired Settlement: $4500.00 replacement of the money I paid. I would like some sort of warning to other people so they aren't scammed!

Review: After working closely with Remedy Law Group / Prudent Law Group / [redacted] for months to initiate a loan modification to our properties, they no longer answer our calls or emails. We have already sent this organization money in order to represent us for this loan modification. They said that they needed this money first before moving forward. I have contacted the local Newport Beach PD and they told me they have similar complaints. Further investigation is pending.Desired Settlement: If the load modification does not go through as they had promised, I would like to see if I can get a refund of the $10,000 that I paid them.
