organization. For some reason, we have not received any voicemails or emails from this particular client in relation to his exchange. We are always happy to exchange for size or color. When his shoes we delivered back at the store, we did read his letter, but it failed to include any contact information. At the time the letter and product was returned, we were sold out of sizes 9-12 in the RED Luxury Work Boot. We are currently in the process of restocking. To accommodate this client, we are willing to send our new White Luxury Work Low to him if he does not want to wait for the restock (which will occur in approximately 45 days or less). We truly appreciate all support, and look forward to making this right.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2014/06/11) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The company is offering me a pair of shoes of lesser value ($400 retail price for the Workboot R.E.D versus $325 retail price for the White Luxury Low currently on their website) which is not a comparable product. In addition, the company had my contact information on the return address of the package (as it was sent via Priority Mail and required a return address) and on the receipt of sale (which also included my email and phone number). So if the company desired to contact me in reference to the return my information was available. I have no desire to wait (and should not have to wait) an additional 45 days for a product I ordered in February. Since the product is not currently available, I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $400.00 which is what I paid for the shoes (Receipt attached).
