Review: Took my 6x12 trailer to get it wrapped . when I was there and going over the trailer I asked if he could wrap the top part also so it would cover a mark on the front of the trailer. He said it couldn't be done because it would krinkle! That was a lie. I go get the trailer and take it home and snapped a couple of pics when I got home. Couple days later I'm looking at it with a buddy and see silver tape on the top. I go up and pull the tape off and there is a huge crack in the aluminum!! I detailed that trailer myself and know there was no crack in it before I brought it to him! I called him and told him and he got an attitude and then got to a point to where I couldn't even talk so I just hung up. I sent him before and after pics with the trailer flawless. He said he had no idea about the crack. I told him maybe his employee did it without his knowledge and he denied that like it couldn't happen. He then said nobody touched the trailer but him. I think that's funny because he sent me a pic of the trailer and his employee was in the pic working on the trailer! I called another shop and turns out he was suppose to take the rivers out before he wrapped it but he did not. He wrapped right over them! I am very disappointed in the shops conduct and would not recommend them.Desired Settlement: I would like my trailer fixed as well as the wrap done correctly.
