I received the complaint about the refund for *** *** at *** *** *** *** *** ** ***. Refunds are processed at the end of the month in most circumstances however the year
end had some accounting issues which pushed refunds back. I show the check was mailed out around the 19th of February (Check #***). I searched our bank records, all checks #'d before and most #'d after have been cashedThis indicates to me this refund may have been lost in the mail as they were all sent out at the same time. I am happy to re-issue the check obviously assuming if the resident receives both at some point they destroy one copyKind Regards,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I have received my refund check on March 1, 2016 and successfully cashed it on March 3, 2016. I am however almost absolutely certain the check did not get lost in the mail as it was not postdated until 10 days after I was told it was mailed out. I was told it was put in the mail on February 16th when I called on February 16th and when I called on February 23rd to say I had not received the check. In this response here they state February 19th. It is also concerning that the check was written on January 8th and took over a month to place in the mail. It is not good business to be deceitful or withhold a refund until the customer starts calling weekly after 90 days. I was a customer for 4 years and always made timely payments, I expected the same in return.
