This business is nothing short of unprofessional. The manager brings a person in and then proceeds to send them on a job interview that is not the job they were told they were interviewing for. Have been there 3 separate times (drove over 402 miles and 9 hours of driving) with absolutely no results. I find it amazing that a business that receives top 100 can treat a person like that. She also doesn't follow through nor does she respond to phone calls. I also felt there was age discrimination as well and she truly doesn't know how to place someone like me with a certain job skill set. She doesn't spend enough time with a person to even get to know them and if you are not placeable in her eyes, you might as well consider yourself completely ignored. It is a crappy way to do business. I have had great success with temp agencies in the past and I have never been treated like this ever before. I cannot believe that they have a A+ rating. I would give her and that business a big fat FFFFFF.
We utilized Accountpros for placement of a temporary accounting person while our bookkeeper was out on maternity leave. While this temporary turned out to be minimally competent, we could not terminate her because of the unique aspects of the position that requires training only from our person out on leave. So we suffered through her poor performance and were willing to pay 100% for her work. However, after we addressed shockingly racist comments that the temporary person made (which upset our employees), she quit abruptly several days later. Then, after her leaving, we learned that she disclosed confidential pay rate information to employees along with her opinion of those that were over or underpaid.
After discovering this breach of confidentiality and informing Accountingpros that this information was particularly damaging, and as a result we would like to discuss reducing our invoices for this person's time worked, they responded that there would be no adjustment. I asked to speak with the General Manager or Director, but was told that would not happen and was again told only that we would be sent to collection for non-payment if we did not pay the invoices in total.

I wanted to let you know, our complaint #*** regarding Accountingpros has been satisfactorily resolved. They have reduced their invoices to compensate for the behavior/performance issues of their temporary employee. Please let me know if there is anything else we need to do.
Thank you
