frustration regarding the enrollment process. We regret to hear of any situation where a customer no longer desires our services; however, the enrollment form did contain an early termination fee of $50.00 if the contract was canceled before the end of the term of October 2018.  As contracted, Peak 6 procured and scheduled transport full gas requirements to her location for the duration of her enrollment with Peak 6.Customer has an unlimited 30-days after the date of enrollment to cancel the contract without termination fee. I'm unsure why customer said she had 3-5 business days to do so. But, we are willing to waive the $50.00 early termination fee so that customer can return to her utility. The utility will process the cancellation request request at the next available meter read within one or two billing cycles, according to their timeline.  Best,Provision Power & Gas

similar concern. After investigating this matter, the utility confirmed they received our Cancel Request, but it "failed to process." The utility requested a rebilling on the account, which they except to be completed in a few days. Out of an abundance of caution, we submitted another cancellation request to the utility. The utility confirmed this request with an effective date of July 1, 2017.
