Provision Auto Ship

Buch of crooks running this so called company.
I placed an order with Provision Auto Ship LLC - Eddy to ship my two cars from Rogers, Arkansas to Madison, Wisconsin. It's only 10 hour drive. Eddy said he has driver and he charged me $150 and driver from shiva transportation picked up my cars from Rogers on 5th March 2020 and he suppose to deliver on 6th after 9 pm, and today is 8th March 2020 and still did not get my cars yet. My cars are on his personal property and he is saying your cars are safe and he will come on Monday which is
9th. I'm still waiting for my cars. I have no idea why he took my cars on his personal property and parked there. This is how they do business.

If you want to be strung along for days with a low upfront quote, take this company. They will offer a low quote, day after day "no driver available" and then raise the price $300 (30%) and say they have a driver. I said no, the jerk said deliver it yourself then, and hung up. Wow! Do not use this company!

The worst experience with this company. Unprofessional, Rude, Liar, and worst of all a scammer. Recieved bad customer service from James who says is the person in charge. Paid 150 deposit for pickup and my car never got picked up. Then I missed my 2nd driver when I wasnt available which wouldnt of never happened if he wouldve done his job right the first time. Later then texted me he had another driver and lied on my confirmation on the 3rd driver pickup and now wants to upcharge me a 100 dollars to find the 4th driver which is ridiculous! Dousnt want to refund. Total waste of time and money.

Bait and switch with the low price and then no follow through. Didn't show up on pick up date set up in advance and didn't notify me that they wouldn't until late in the day.

Watch out, they will still charge you a deposit even though they did nothing! Even though we had a contract on a price, he threatened to cancel if I didn't agree to pay more. Eventually I asked them to cancel and refund my credit card deposit and they said "OK" in a text. BUT DID NOT. Then, they ignored my text, email and phone calls. Unprofessional and unethical.

I wish I could give negative stars. Worst experience I've ever had. Poor communication. My vechile was not shipped at all. I booked a month ahead of time. Then they were rude to me when I asked questions. I lost thousands of dollars on plane tickets and resort fees. They failed to ship according to contract and I had to cancel all my plans to drive my vechile myself. I will be filling a claim with the Revdex.com. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS.

Only ever on the phone with these people. I had requested a quote and this company was one of many who contacted me. if you continue over the phone with them you enter a stage where they need your card information but promise there wont be an immediate charge. Sounded like every other scam you might run into. decided not to use their supposed service and am now ignoring the calls.

Unprofessional, Rude, and an Attempt to scam.
I first spoke with a person named Philip that gave me information and payment. They gave me a certain price than later, when my car was almost to my location, a person named, George (whom sounds exactly like Philip) told me they could not release my car because they required an additional payment, that was NOT DISCUSSED. My driver, Kevin, was told another story by Philip. George then left me a very unprofessional voicemail while also forgetting to end the call to complete the voicemail. He swore on the phone and even said some inappropriate things on the phone to another co-working about the situation. Kevin, the person delivering my car, was very understanding and is handling everything professional. He has also already received his complete payment that was discussed. This company tried to get an extra $100 from us, even though we already paid the discuss price before hand.
