I am rejecting this response because:The first statement is a boldface lieI never admitted to any wrong doingI did, in fact provide evidence in the form of emails from both Google play and the game developer that I deserved a refund but would need to go through my bankWhen Frandsen did the dispute process they ignored this evidence and left the response from Google that I need to contact them within hours as finalMy evidence provided to the bank showed that I made multiple attempts with both Google play and the game developerAs for taking advantage of the bank, this is my first dispute filed in years as a customer Therefore it seems pretty shady that they would blame a customer for expecting them to do their job and protect his transactionsI have never had another bank act like this and will recommend everyone to steer clear of them

We are sorry [redacted] is not happy with our decision to close his debit card.  This decision was not taken lightly as we followed all bank procedures in making this decision.  [redacted] was taking advantage of the debit card dispute process which included intentionally giving us inaccurate...

information about how and who made the purchases, which he later admitted to.  He was also disputing purchases from the same vendor numerous times.   Regarding [redacted]'s desired settlement, Frandsen Bank & Trust refunded all of his overdraft fees.  Unfortunately, Frandsen Bank & Trust is unable to fund [redacted] for his disputes as they were rejected by the vendor and are an issue he must take up with that vendor.
