Mr. D accepted payment from us and never applied it to where it was supposed to be applied... so we ended up paying AGAIN directly to the company which was owed and we have been waiting over 1.5 years for a refund from Ricky. He was making payments to us and then stopped. Mind you this is money we gave him to pay for something and he did not apply the payment so the money was pocketed by him and we have yet to be paid the remainder he owes us.
