November 11, 2016To Whom it may Concern,Provident Homes Corp warranty policy consists of two main visits, Courtesy Visit and a Year Final VisitThe Courtesy visit occurs approximately Days after settlement and items on list were completed and signed off on July 28,Any items that occur after the Courtesy visit with the exception of emergencies are held to the 1-year final visit.PHC has communicated with the customer on an ongoing basis via email and phone calls working around customer’s schedulePlease see attached list of completed warranty itemsThe customer’s 1- year meeting has been scheduled for Dec At the year visit any remaining items remaining will be completed per the warranty guidelinesThe customer’s grading complaints are entirely without meritWhen the customer took occupancy the property the final grading was completed in accordance with the Engineer’s design and related approvals and the yard was seeded and /or sodded where requiredAfter the occupancy, the customer, unilaterally revised the grading and disrupted the lawn areas with his own forces disturbing the as- designed condition and consequently causing drainage problems and voiding any warranties associated with this aspect of the property and seepage bed.Sincerely,Matt B
