Review: Went to Providence Hospital in 9/2012; saw Dr. [redacted] and provided health insurance information prior to been seen; received bill for payment of $252.85; contact Providence Health Services 1/2013 informed them of health insurance coverage and also faxed them a copy of health insurance information as they need to bill the insurance company so I could pay the difference; I contact my health insurance to see if they have been billed - no; 3/2013 contacted Providence Health Services - talked with representative to see if they billed insurance company - yes; received another bill 10/2013; contacted Provided Health Services - left many messages as no one is available. I don't understand why they did not bill my insurance company as the doctor office and this billing company had all the information - I am afraid that they will send this to collections when they did not do there part in supplying the bill to my health insurance company. Please helpDesired Settlement: I expect that the billing company/doctors office make necessary amends to adjust the balance of $252.85 according to my health insurance coverage.
