I am rejecting this response because:This complaint is a result of being bounced between PROVIDENCE and MARTKETPLACE, each wanting the other to take the responsibility and giving the consumer no recourse when wronged.  This is not acceptable, fair, or even right and they must take responsibility for their own error.  Thank you.
