I liked this skincare, it just wasn't for me in the end. But cancelling this subscription is nearly impossible and they are still charging me money even after I requested to cancel. You can't cancel online, you have to email Proven. When I emailed Proven on July 8th, they made me take a survey in order to cancel.
After that, a customer rep emailed me saying that my subscription had been cancelled (though he suggested I hadn't taken the survey), which was good. But ten days later, Proven charged me $125 and placed me order for my next refill. I've emailed customer service several times over the last week and no one is responding.
I'm sure they are short-staffed due to the pandemic (or something), but this isn't the first customer service issue I've had with Proven. I really don't recommend this service given the problems I'm having cancelling it.
This company sent me a three item skincare set. One of the items was a clear bait and switch. They promised me high quality ingredients and sent me the least quality item they had.
After emailing them with a dispute (they have no number) my "esthetician" told me I was wrong. I sent another email and eventually got a replacement item.
A few weeks later I canceled my services with them. Then they charged me again for products that I made clear I did not want. Cancellation was also via email.
I regret ever going through them. My skin improved by small margins and am now $240 out for very little improvements.
I placed an order on 1/31/2020 and haven't received it. Tracking info has been provided, but my item hasn't left the facility. Their website states that products are shipped out 3 business days after an order is placed. It has been 9 business days. I've emailed 4 times since 2/7/2020 and sent an instant message. No one has responded. They don't have an operable phone number.
