I recently purchased a garden tractor X738 from Proven Power, Waukesha. I am very methodical and always do my homework before making this size of purchase. Everyone I spoke with to gather information was very helpful and willing to spend time with me.
In particular, Bill [redacted] was maybe the best salesperson that I have ever encountered. Bill was very knowledgeable about the John Deere brands but also quite informed about other brands.
I had some very specific needs and Bill helped me see the advantages as well as the disadvantages of each option. His information was proven to be true as I had the opportunity to use the equipment and I am very pleased with my purchase.
I had one service experience based upon a mistake that I made that damaged a part. I took the part to Bill and asked him if he could help repair the part so that I did not need to pay for a new part. He not only got the part repaired but he did it without cost to me.
