Proven Peptides received double payment due to payment options not working. Product received however no refund for double charge.
Proven Peptides received double payment due to payment options not working. On 25th of February 2020, products were first purchased using ***, however the payment method did not work. I then tried the eCheck option of $341.97 and payment seemed to go through. Did not receive confirmation for the eCheck and decided to try the credit card payment method for a total of $339.73. I received a confirmation for the credit card purchase on 27th of February 2020. Products arrived the 29th of February 2020. On 04 March 2020 I noticed I was charged twice for the eCheck and the credit card purchase. I contacted the company that day through email and did not receive a reply until 09 March 2020 requesting screenshots of double charge. I then emailed back with attachments of charges on the 9th of March 2020. As of the 10th of April 2020, I still have yet to receive a refund and have been exchanging emails with the company with no traction or reply.
A refund of $341.97 for the eCheck charge.

I have sent payment for products to Proven peptides. I have received one email asking for confirmation of payment sent. Have not heard anything since
I sent payment for a product to proven peptides on December 30th. I recieved an email asking for verification of payment sent. After that I have not heard anything back. I have called multiple times during business hours to see if my order has shipped, with no success. I have also emailed multiple times with no reply. It is frustrating not to hear from a company that you have paid money to. I would like the product.
I would just like the product that I purchased. If not then a refund would be nice.

Proven Peptides not complying with refund policy
On Tue Jan 29th, A relative of mine accessed my bank account info and placed an order with proven peptides.
On Jan 31st I noticed a 515 dollar zele transfer and after speaking to relative found out an order was placed with this company. I have all supporting documents, emails, receipts and shipping info.
Contacted Proven Peptides customer support via email and spoke with Penlope. Advised her of situation and she advised to refuse package upon delivery. Once proven peptides saw the package returning my refund would be initiated.
Waited for mailman and refused delivery on Friday Feb 1st. Contacted proven peptides multiple times since Friday and have been ignored.
Tracking shows the package was returned back to proven peptides on 2/06 and left with an individual at that location.
As of today I have followed every instruction in order to comply with the refund policy and continue to be ignored by Proven Peptides.
The package was returned unopened and untouched by anyone at my residence. I am looking for my refund

Josh, I called yesterday and spoke to customer service and still do not see any movement for a refund and I emailed yesterday as instructed with attn: Josh and did not get response yet.
Mr. was in touch with us, and the last communication we had with him was one of our customer service reps asking if our delivery address for him was right. She said if it was, we would immediately send the check. He never responded.
To avoid further delay, we are shipping his check ASAP. USPS tracking ***

Proven peptides provided a full refund and livedup to their refund policy.
I ordered a supplement online from Proven Peptides on 5/4/2018 for $75.98. Payment was directly debited from my checking account. The website did not accept credit cards, only echeck or bitcoin. (which was unusual and I should have known better) I provided my checking account information.
My checking account was debited for $75.98 on 5/7/2018. I did not received an order confirmation or shipping information from the vendor. I did not receive any acknowledgement of the order.
As of 5/22/2018 I have not received the product. I believe that I will not receive the product.
Refund I would like the $75.98 credited to my checking account or a refund check issued.
I received a refund from Proven Peptides. Please note this in the case, and then please close the case.
