I clearly remember this customer He contacted me about the doors that were not wiped of dust, the kitchen counter top that was left with a film, and some of the baseboard areas that he felt were not scrubbed wellHis video shows very nice white baseboards with them wiping a magic eraser in corner -that already looked clean, and then holding up the eraser on the camera It was simply a dark wet mark, which is exactly what an eraser looks like when wet against even a clean area I offered to return the to correct the counter top, dust doors and re-wipe the baseboards he said they had already taken care of it This tells me that it did not take them very long to wipe - from his comments I knew it would only take my crew about 10-minutes to go over the areas in question.I gave a refund of $immediately The ladies worked very hard on his home and our policy is to return immediately I feel his grievances are extremely over exaggerated and feel I have done enough to satisfy the customer with the refund givenOn the very same day the crews went to other homes and received via email Extremely Good Praise Comments which I can forward if needed They were all so happy that they requested on going serviceOur quality of work is excellent /but we are human and sometimes small things can be overlooked which we are always happy to correct I consider this issue closed [redacted] ***
