Review: In September 2011, I paid the owners of this business, [redacted] and [redacted] to build a paver patio, front door and back door steps. The contract states that all workmanship comes with a three-year warranty. They did not use the appropriate material. They used regular sand instead of polysand to fill in the joints between the pavers. They also skimped on the material to build the steps. As the resulft, after a year the sand was washed away by rain and the front steps fell apart. I contacted [redacted] 4 times for the repair. He kept finding excuses by asking me to text him my address and then said he would come after finishing his current project. He never showed up. I don't think he ever honors what he says including the warranty on the contract. On the last day of my patio project, he was so hurry to grab my final payment. He also said that he would send me a thank you gift card to a restaurant, but there was nothing. I am not complaining about the gift card. I just wanted to point out that this business is not trusted. I am filing this complaint with the hope that other people can see how dishonest these owners of this business are so that they won't make the same mistake as I did spending money on an unethical business.
