I bought a headlight for my dodge truck and I received it in a box wrap in paper with no purchase slip on shipping info so I installed the light on my truck this was in Aug.2023 so then a month and a half later I notice condensation in my light I reach out to the company about the issue and they ask for a pic of the light ,I sent pick and date of this notice ,C.S reached back to me and ask did I have the original box which I Did not because they wanted me to removed the light from my vehicle and send to them which is for me to drive with one headlight and by me not doing that they requested that I purchase another light then send back old light just to have a box to ship it back to them so this company is not a honor of there warranty DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THENM THEY IS A SCAM so I am stuck with a defective part

Ordered product from Protuning lab, they didn't acknowledge my order until the next day near the end of the day and when I emailed them I got a email stating that my order was pending for shipment, the tracking number I click on takes me to [redacted] and seems like it hasn't movedI will no do not will I recommend anyone to order or deal with these guys

I tried to purchase towing mirrors for the company truck online at protuninglabThey ended up sending me the wrong year mirrorsI called to tell them that I needed the proper ones and that their link was messed up somehowA girl by the name Nichole insisted that there was nothing wrong with the website and I ordered the wrong ones and to send them back and pay the shipping and 20% restock feeI was going to order ones for my truck before all this, now I am going to sell the mirrors on cl and not buying anything from them againThanks for nothing ptl! Hope you go out of business, cause your customer service and website blowsNot worth the inexpensive prices when you can't even use the stuffShop somewhere else, it's not worth the hassle

Protunninglab sells garbage Do not get scammed by their low prices You get what you pay for I purchased a set of Halo Projectors with HID low beams They only lasted a week before I began having trouble In addition to the issues the lights are very dim in the first place The HIDS are intermittent and will go out on you at night The high beam bulbs they sold in the headlamps are not halogen They are only an incandescent bulb They are very dim The bulb itself has an odd connection therefore a standard OEM high beam bulb will not work as a replacement This stuff is junk Then to top it all off they will not help you in any way They will leave you hanging

I bought a set of Xenon HID headlights ProTuning Lab about 2 years ago. and one of them went out about a year. I called the number and actually got a real person on the phone, which is rate these days, especially when your are buying after market parts for your car. Lets just be honest people who by these types of products should be used to getting the run around when something doesn't work, If they can even find the person or the business whos sold it to them in the first place. But I got a person on the phone, he looked up my order and told me what he thought it could be. I had to have these items mailed because I dont live close but I went ahead and bought both items just in case it wasn't a blown light bulb but the other thing he said it might be. I bought 2 new head lights and the relay switch he said might be the problem, I put the new head lights in and VIOLA, it worked like a charm. the total cost of 2 new xenon headlights and a relay switch was 35 dollars!! I'm sorry but the guy was nice, helpful and hooked me up I didn't have any horror stories like I see on here!! I thought it was a straight up legit business because I called a year after they sold me my original lights and they had all my records and looked up what I purchased and everything. I think they are great!!

I ordered a set of Spyder projector headlamps from Protuning in early October. Upon installation I noticed that there were issues with one of the headlamps. I tried calling multiple times to no avail (kept being put on perpetual hold). After sending approx 14 emails and no resolution I did a chargeback on my credit to hopefully illicit some sort of customer service response. Instead of trying to work with me on getting a resolution their response was a very unprofessional email asking me to return the headlamps within 5 days or they would let my credit card company I was trying to defraud them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Caveat Emptor!

I bought Halo headlight assembly for 2001 BMW. Very cheap product construction and finishing and poor quality control. Several of the connectors were partially assembled. After two years, all the rubber gaskets have deteriorated/torn and the alignment adjusters have broken. VERY CHEAPLY made products.
