My wife's laptop would not boot I picked ProTek because they were Revdex.com accredited and open til PM, so we could get her computer to them before they closed We were warmly and professionally received The necessary information was collected and a few questions we had about a Windows 10/MS Office issue with my computer (that another technician could not fix) were answered My wife's computer was ready for pick up next day Great service, done right and very timely I will be dropping my machine off to get the Window's issue resolved in next day or two I'm so glad we found them!!

Exceptional experience! My wife's laptop would not boot. I picked ProTek because they were Revdex.com accredited and open til 8 PM, so we could get her computer to them before they closed. We were warmly and professionally received. The necessary information was collected and a few questions we had about a Windows 10/MS Office issue with my computer (that another technician could not fix) were answered. My wife's computer was ready for pick up next day. Great service, done right and very timely. I will be dropping my machine off to get the Window's 10 issue resolved in next day or two. I'm so glad we found them!!
