We installed the front entry door & security storm door for *** *** on 5-7-We received a call that day that the doorbell was not working & there was chipped woodThe installer noticed, after removing old doors, that a lockside jam would be needed & recommended the customer
purchase it for him to complete the job properly(Some things the salesman cannot foresee until the actual installer removes the old doors) ** *** refused to pay for the $jam that was needed so we ended up installing it anyway (for free) to complete the job properlyAlso, the contract clearly states "It is the homeowners responsibility to have alarm system transferred", we again, did that service at no charge to her*** *** our service man, went out on 5-13-(to service the rubber that was sliding off on the bottom of door & fix the alarm) On 6-1-MsJewel called to say that the rubber was sliding off again*** *** went out on 6-7-to serviceThen on 6-** *** called again to say that the rubber was sliding off on the bottom again, so we sent *** * out to replace the bottom sweep ** *** may have called more than once to set a service call, but we had given her hundreds of dollars worth of free product/services & could not fit her ahead of other customers that needed service alsoAs of today, 7-19-we have not had any calls re: another service issue...Any questions, please call *** option #*Thank You,
