breed dogs) WAS listed for sale at $145.95...see the details under the photo BELOW I can see why you have been upset For whatever mistaken reason they also priced it incorrectly at $which was short of $ Naturally we could not comply with your request to ship at the price which was in error Looking at the records...what was offered to simplify the matter, was a request (IF the LARGE size *** was desired) to allow a *** invoice be sent to you for the $difference That was denied , so of course we will not be able to ship it What we were not aware of is that *** billed you $anyway, which would have be for a *** at the then listed price, include shipping We will be in touch with *** to verify & straighten this matter once and for all Your patience will be appreciated as we wait for ***'s reply Now on the matter of your call and attempt to order direct from the www.ProtectiveSpecialties.com web site...it's true that you may have been told to send either a check or money order in advance of shipping The same is true however if you were to charge an order to ***( which as of 4/3/PSDG now accepts ) and most online ordering payment is needed prior to shipping It's unfortunate that this situation has been left to get out of hand, it's not a usual occurrence Our positive customer feedback, both professional groomers and pet owners and will bear this out brilliantly.Your patience will be appreciated as we wait for ***'s reply. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am pleased to hear that your company has finally decided to employ [redacted]. As a consumer, I have zero trust sending a prepaid money order, without the ability to follow through with it should the product not have shipped - especially given the unlimited options to take consumer payments online. I hope you can understand my concern. The experience I just had validates my concern well after the fact.Regarding [redacted]'s procedures - what a shame. I will be cautioned to purchase another product through their site as a result of this error, and the time it has taken us (both) to straighten it out. As an entrepreneur - I think I'l stick to Amazon next time, or another e commerce site who does not have the number of layers associated with [redacted]'s purchasing process. From a consumer standpoint, [redacted]'s site has proven very confusing to understand who to contact for product/payment issues - putting both companies and my own at an inefficient crossroads. I thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
