is the administrator of the Select New
Vehicle/Extended Eligibility Service Contract
(“Service Contract”)We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns

On
November 14, 2016, we received the complaint directly from Mr***In our
response to him we explained that at the time of inspection there was no
evidence of a failure shown and that we could not determine that a failure had
occurredHeavy carbon was found on parts, which is not a mechanical breakdown
as described in the Service Contract
Based
on our review, we informed Mr*** that our position in this matter had not
changedHowever, should if he should have any additional information that
would become available that may alter this position, we would welcome its
submission for our review. We also explained
that there has been a total of $4,paid in claims against the Service
Contract
We
trust this explains our handling of the matter.
By pointing out the foregoing, Protective Administrative Services, Incdoes
not waive, but specifically reserves, any and all rights and defenses it may
have under the Service Contract and applicable law
