Review: Hello,On 5/**/05 I had a new roof put on my house along with a skylite over the kitchen.There is a long streak along the bottom of the skylight that has been there for quitesome time. At first, I thought it was dirt from the outside. I had a man go up and clean the skylight recently and he said the seal was defective. There is no way thecloudiness is coming off from the inside or the outside. It is definitely between the panes of glass.Desired Settlement: I would like the skylight replaced of course but the person's cell phone that I call, says [redacted] cannot come to the phone. I have tried to call him about 6 times and he never calls back. I don't think he is in business anymore nor it may not even be his company. The company phone numbers I have called do not work either.
