Review: I purchased and paid for 6 products (swing gloves) for $181.50 on 3/16/2015 and as of 7/1/2015 still have not received my order. On 4/9/2015, I was given a status update from [redacted]/ General Manager, that due to delays from the manufacturer there was a delay in shipping out my order. Following is the email from [redacted]/ General Manager:

Hello,

We are so sorry about any inconvenience that we may of caused. We, ourselves, are waiting for the gloves from the manufacturer in Indonesia. They have been telling us to wait for a couple of days and gets delayed and telling us the repeating story. I was hoping that it will arrive any time soon but it's not happening yet. So, I can refund your money back for the 6 gloves OR we will give you an extra glove for free when we ship your back order. Please let us know what you prefer to do.

Once again, we are so sorry about all this mess.

I replied the following: "Thanks for getting back to me in a timely manner. I will wait for the order to ship and appreciate the extra glove. "

Since that 4/9/2015 contact, I have made numerous attempts to contact (email & phone) with no success of any reply, feedback or talk to a person. Following are the dates I emailed, [email protected], 4/9/15, 5/14/15, 5/19/15, 5/20/15, 5/22/15, 5/27/15, 6/4/15, 6/17/15, 6/26/15. I also made numerous phone calls, which were unanswered.

My latest email, 6/26/2015, I again asked for any status update, feedback or acknowledgement and that if I didn't receive any replies, contact, update, etc, that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com, hence this complaint. If needed, I have my various emails requesting any contact, feedback update, etc. saved.Desired Settlement: I am seeking to either get a full refund of $181.50 or delivery of the 7 swing gloves ASAP.

I ordered online a swingglove and never received it and cannot get hold of Protech Innovations at either number supplied by another complainant on this webpage or their listed number all I've received from them is an acknowledgement of my order. What was weird was when I placed the order on their website which was working obviously at the time they didn't tell me it was out of stock til I completed my order so I couldn't back out of ordering. The payment had already gone through $43.90. Every avenue i've tried to pursue has gone to a dead end. I'd like to ring their necks. I don't have money to throw away. I've told Amazon about them as they are apparently one of their distributors.
