I wanted to report that the business Miracle Method has contacted us and the matter is resolved They have done the work we wanted them to and also apologized for the problems we had with them They did the work quickly and did a good job

We were short handed, which was explained to Mr ***We had techs in training that weren't ready to be on a job at that timeWe have set up Mr***'s warranty and has been taken care of
