Review: On September 12, 2013, I took my. Vehicle to the [redacted] to have my vehicle smog tic check "for vehicle registration". The mechanic informed me that my vehicle did not passed the smog check due to the bad Catalytic Converters in my car. I told the mechanic that on 10/20/2010, one of my Catalytic Converter went bad so I took it to the Protech Automotive Service & Glass and had it replaced with a new one. The mechanic lifted my vehicle up and inspected the Catalytic converters. After the inspection, he told me that both of my Catalytic Converters were replaced with the wrong Catalytic converters. He said the first Catalytic Converter which located near the engine should be replaced with part # D-XXX-XXX, XXXXXX which required by the DMV was replace with part# D-XXX-XX, XXXXX XXXX which was the wrong part. The second Catalytic Converter should be replaced with part# D-XXX-XXX, XXXXXX was replaced with part# D-XXXXX, XXXXX XXXX, the mechanic stated that the second Catalytic Converter NOT only the wrong part but it was made for the HONDA, my vehicle is a Toyota. The Protech Automotive servic & Glass not only replaced my car with the wrong Catalytic Coverter, they also removed my good Catalytic Converter and replaced it with a non Toyota part without my authorization or knowledge. I went back to the Protech automotive service & Glass and confronted with Mr. [redacted] " the shop owner and also he was the mechanic that fixed my car" about the wrong parts for my car, Mr. [redacted] not only refused to cooperate and fix the problems, he toD me go ahead and take him to court. He stated that he doesn't care.I am a single mom struggle to make money and support my family. A bad business came along took my hard earning money and basically told me to go to hell.Please help.
