ProTec Gun Care

I ordered Gun Cleaning products via the companies website and paid for them via[redacted]. The products were never sent.My emails were ignored.On 21/4/14 I ordered US $19.98 of product from ProTec LLC website:2x item 8000 ProTec Gun Oil2x item 9000 ProTec Bore CleanerI emailed in early May no copy kept, 28/5/14 and 9/6/14 and[redacted] the owner ignored them all.I then posted a request for a refund because of non-delivery on his [redacted] page in late June. No copy kept[redacted] replied publicly that this was an oversight, apologised and said the amount would be refunded.On 6/7/14 I noticed that the earlier post/reply had been removed from his [redacted] page so I posted the following:Hello[redacted]...I posted about not receiving my goods last week. I ordered on April 21, from your website, via[redacted] transaction. [redacted] funds were credited to your Pro Tec account on that date. You have consistently ignored my emails @ comments. Unfortunately your actions now require that I take action with law enforcement for internet fraud. Posted on [redacted] 6/7/14 at 7.40pmNeedless to say it was deleted within hours.Desired SettlementA refund to my[redacted] account of the full amount US$19.98.
